All items are sold as-is, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We do our best to provide clear photos and descriptions, but it’s up to the buyer to review the information and ask any questions before completing a purchase.

3. Local Pickup Only

We do not ship items. All purchases must be picked up at the scheduled location.

• Pickup is expected within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.

• Items left beyond that timeframe may be considered abandoned.

Please make sure you can transport the item before purchasing.

4. Responsibility After Pickup

Once an item has been purchased and picked up, it becomes the full responsibility of the buyer.

• AJS-RW is not responsible for damage, malfunctions, or other issues after pickup.

• We cannot accept liability for any use, resale, or consequences resulting from an item once it leaves our hands.

5. No Warranties

We make no guarantees or promises regarding:

• Functionality or fitness for a specific purpose

• Accuracy of item descriptions

• Suitability for any particular use

We’re here to help when we can, but all items are sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks or disputes over the condition, performance, or pickup of any item. If there’s ever a concern, we encourage you to contact us directly—we’ll do our best to help within reason, but all sales remain final.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel any order or deny service at our discretion. This may include issues such as harassment, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
